How does Jackyled ship your order and how long does it take to be shipped ?

It usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. Jackyled products will be shipped from the Jackyled US warehouse or Amazon warehouse. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Jackyled products. They will choose the carrier (USPS or UPS) that they think works best for our customers.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it, which is usually within 1 business day.
Shipping time = the time between when your order is picked up by the courier and when you receive it, which is usually within 2-4 days.

It usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. All items sold at Jackyled are guaranteed to be delivered in 20 days.

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have checked with the courier company.
